Daily figures come exclusively from official public sources: European Central Bank reference exchange rates and the U.S. Treasury's Fiscal Data service. Each figure on the site names its source and its as-of date. Evergreen articles rely on published academic research, official statistics, and primary documents; where a claim rests on a specific study or dataset (for example, S&P's SPIVA scorecards), the article names it.

Independence

Plain Margin does not accept sponsored content, paid placements, or compensation from companies mentioned in coverage. The site is supported by clearly labeled display advertising, which has no influence on editorial content.

No advice

Content is educational. We do not provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice, and we do not publish price targets or forecasts. Readers should verify current figures — tax limits and interest rates in particular change regularly — against official sources before acting.

Corrections
